About the event
This course is designed to advance and challenge understanding of mental health in the workplace.
It includes important evidence-based learning that will advance attendees’ understanding of what mental health is, and the challenges associated with medicalised models, and offer insights into broader influencing factors.
It will also include information that employers, managers, and other employees can use to support the mental health and wellbeing of their teams.
A specific focus will be on the importance of relational working and interpersonal connection.
This session will be followed by the opportunity to engage in a 90-minute online reflective practice session on 8th February from 2pm-3.30pm (all included within the course fee).
