Join us for our annual Housing First Wales Conference, which is taking place on 22nd August. We will be holding a fully online conference to take advantage of the international nature of Housing First, so you can expect to hear speakers from across the world, as well as those closer to home.
Keynote speaker: Professor Tim Aubry
We are delighted to announce that Professor Tim Aubry, one of the world’s leading experts on Housing First, will be joining us from Canada. Tim will be discussing the latest research on the impact of Housing First.
Housing First Experts by Experience events
The Housing First Wales Network has been reviewing the Housing First principles to ensure that they’re up-to-date and fit for purpose. As part of this work, we are really keen to have the input, insight and expertise from people who are receiving, or have received, Housing First support in Wales.
Engagement events in North and South Wales
We are holding two engagement events, where we would love to hear about people’s experiences of receiving Housing First support and their views on how Housing First should be delivered in future. This will be a safe space for people to speak honestly and all comments will be kept anonymous. We will also provide lunch and refreshments!
