ADHD UK was founded in 2020 with a mission to help those affected by ADHD – either those that have the condition or people close to them: family, friends, employers, and co-workers. We aim to help people navigate their life with ADHD, we want to reduce the stigma that some attach to those with ADHD, build awareness, and undertake or fund research that will have a meaningful positive impact on those with ADHD.

Offers  a strength-based, lifespan service for the 1 in 5 of people who live with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, DCD, Dyscalculia, OCD, Tourette’s Syndrome and more.

Guidance, knowledge and understanding of neurodiversity through authentic lived-experience for children, young people and their families.

Founders Andrew Bolton and Lisa Tann, their mission is to include all sectors of society in creating art for their community and reclaiming public spaces.

CALL Helpline is the all Wales mental health helpline. It provides emotional support to anyone living in wales. The helpline operators provide a listening ear to anyone wanting support with their mental health.

The Aubergine Café is the vision of a small team of autistic adults to empower other autistic people through accessible environments and innovative working practices while providing ethically sourced, nutritious and affordable plant-based food to local people in the wider community.

Set up by Cardiff resident Dan St Clair , the CIC can provide workshops teaching the basics of music theory to help understand musical terms, music production, DJing and writing lyrics.

Cardiff Council have secured funding to create neurodivergent friendly spaces in their hubs

Set up by Cardiff resident and Psychology MA Kyla Scott, LBM are free to access, community based mental well-being intervention for children, teens, young adults,  and their primary caregiver/s. During our sessions they  holistically explore topics chosen by young attendees with the aim of empowering them to channel their energy through carefully selected activities.

Every Thursday from 10 am, held at Coffee Spot in Cardiff – 6 Barrack Lane, St Davids, Cardiff, CF10 2FR.
