ADHD UK
ADHD UK was founded in 2020 with a mission to help those affected by ADHD – either those that have the condition or people close to them: family, friends, employers, and co-workers. We aim to help people navigate their life with ADHD, we want to reduce the stigma that some attach to those with ADHD, build awareness, and undertake or fund research that will have a meaningful positive impact on those with ADHD.

Founders Andrew Bolton and Lisa Tann, their mission is to include all sectors of society in creating art for their community and reclaiming public spaces.
They believe that making art should be fun and confidence boosting for everyone and that can result in more cohesive communities and the regeneration of public space. CALL Helpline is the all Wales mental health helpline. It provides emotional support to anyone living in wales. The helpline operators provide a listening ear to anyone wanting support with their mental health.

Lighter Brighter Minds
Set up by Cardiff resident and Psychology MA Kyla Scott, LBM are free to access, community based mental well-being intervention for children, teens, young adults, and their primary caregiver/s. During our sessions they holistically explore topics chosen by young attendees with the aim of empowering them to channel their energy through carefully selected activities.
