Revitalise is a national charity providing holidays for disabled people and their carers at three centres in Chigwell, Southampton and Southport. All centres are fully accessible and provide 24-hour on-call nurse-led care. Every holiday is full board and includes a range of themed activities, live entertainment and excursions during the day and the evening. Examples of activities includes museums, day trips to France, theatre nights, tribute acts, nightclubbing and trips to the seaside so guests can rest assured that they will receive a respite break that feels like a proper holiday.
