Aims & Objectives
The Wales Bereavement Information and Support Service (BISS) provides free support for people experiencing grief following a terminal illness.
Services
We offer six weekly sessions of bereavement support with a trained volunteer over the phone. We also offer group support and bereavement counselling, with a qualified counsellor, by phone, online or face to face.
Referrals
People can self-refer via our free Support Line, or email
Health and social care professionals can email for a referral form or signpost to the helpline.
