An independent emotional support service for Muslims provided by experienced former-MWHL counsellors. This service provides spiritual counselling, referrals to consultants and all forms of help.

Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 1 pm (core hours). Extended service: Wednesdays 6 pm to 8 pm (male counsellor, pre-booking required) & Fridays (1 pm to 4 pm)

General information line for individuals and organisations without a franchise for general information on immigration, nationality and Asylum law. Callers can also be put in touch with designated helplines for undocumented migrants and foreign national prisoners if necessary.
