We explore how embracing neurodiversity can lead to a more inclusive, innovative, and productive work environment.
Join us for an informative webinar on the importance of understanding neurodiversity in the workplace.
Neurodiversity, in short, means that there are many ways in which people’s brains work – but there’s no correct or incorrect way. Instead, there is a wide range of ways that people perceive and respond to the world, and these differences should be embraced.
In this session, we will explore how embracing neurodiversity (a term that includes autism, ADHD, dyslexia and more) – and therefore better understanding our colleagues and teams – can lead to a more inclusive, innovative, and productive work environment.
Speakers include:
Kiran Sidhu, Clinical Psychologist, plus a contribution from an employer and neurodivergent employee perspective.
Sophie Mason, EDI-tech founder, HR Consultant and the CEO of Thinkedi. Sophie utilises her lived experience of neurodiversity and disabilities, along with a career in organisational development and change management to be a driving force for equity, diversity, accessibility and inclusion.
