Cardiff Council, Alzheimer’s Society Cymru and Cardiff and Vale University Health Board are working together to make Cardiff a Dementia Friendly City.
This movement will encourage and support organisations, local businesses and community groups in the city to become more dementia friendly and provide better support for people living with dementia and their families.

We aim to provide direct access to a range of support offered to people living with dementia and their families in Cardiff. We can help you to keep healthy, find the right support and contact teams who can help you with every day activities.
We have a variety of virtual services and events available, which have been provided by a range of organisations. The online services include:

Each session gives the opportunity for carers and people affected by dementia to come together in a relaxed environment to get support, chat and share experiences.
