Aims & Objectives

We are a Young person led Organisation that supports children and young people who have
experienced the care system in Wales. Our organization was founded 32 years ago because
there was no other group representing care-experienced young people and their rights in
Wales at the time. Our ultimate aim is to improve the emotional, educational, and physical
well-being of care-experienced people and reduce the inequalities they face compared to
the wider population. We believe that their resilience, desire for success, and improved life
chances should be at the center of our efforts.

Services

A Wellbeing Support Service directly to children and young
people, including the provision of advocacy

 Free counselling services for people cared for and care leavers

 Training for social workers, foster carers and other
professionals developed and delivered with young people

 Bespoke group work sessions and activities

 Engaging in research and consultations

 Campaigning on issues that are important to you

 Involving children and young people in the work of the
organisation

Self-referral or referral by any agency (with service user’s permission).
