Summary of aims & objectives:

Provides support for adults with acquired brain injury and their families living in South East Wales. This includes information and advice, sign posting, welfare benefits, counselling, community social and activity groups, and a specialist Independence and Wellbeing Centre.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Depends - Our Information and Outreach Service and Community groups are free of charge. The daily charge to attend our Independence and Wellbeing Centre is £45-£65, often funded through social services or health, and there is a subsidised charge for our Counselling Service.

Referrals: 

We are happy to receive referrals from any source, including family members and self-referrals.
There is a Generic Referral Form to our services available on request or to download via our website.

We will require medical evidence of acquired brain injury.
